About the Role
As a Collision Estimator at our Wilmington Market Street Service Center, you will serve as a vital link between our repair process and our customers. Your day will involve performing all-purpose duties ranging from writing detailed estimates and conducting process reviews to checking in customer vehicles. You will manage the final stages of the repair journey, including completing customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery, finalizing total loss administration, and providing clear post-repair plan communication with status updates.
In this role, you will ensure every interaction complies with Caliber's safety rules, guidelines, and company standards. We see the potential in every team member and look for opportunities to advance careers through consistent training on leadership skills and new technologies.
