About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Service Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the entire repair process, from the initial drop-off to the final delivery of the completed vehicle. You will partner with insurance companies to manage claims and ensure the best possible customer experience while preparing accurate estimates according to manufacturer and company guidelines. Your focus will be on maintaining clear communication, coordinating with technicians to identify all aspects of damage, and performing quality inspections prior to vehicle delivery to uphold our high standards of customer satisfaction.
