About the Role
The Collision General Manager serves as the leader for the Roanoke - South Service Center, responsible for the overall operation of the facility. This role goes beyond daily management to encompass risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production oversight, and administration. The General Manager will recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates while monitoring financial performance metrics to identify trends and opportunities.
A core part of this position is ensuring that all center teammates repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably. This requires strict adherence to Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), as well as compliance with insurance partner requirements and industry guidelines. The role demands a balance of strategic financial review and hands-on leadership in a fast-paced environment.
