This position is dedicated to delivering meaningful guest experiences as part of 'The World's Gathering Place' mission. You will serve as the face of the team, ensuring guests feel welcomed and acknowledged according to company standards. Your role involves anticipating and addressing guests' service needs, assisting individuals with disabilities, and thanking guests with genuine appreciation.
You will be the bridge between the dining room and the kitchen, communicating menu selections, wait times, and special dietary needs to ensure seamless service. From setting tables to presenting accurate checks, you will maintain the highest quality expectations while fostering positive working relationships with your team to reach common goals.
