As a Server at our hotel, you are the face of our hospitality, responsible for delivering prompt, friendly, and accurate food service. Your day involves more than just taking orders; you will be the guide for our guests, offering clear descriptions of our food and beverage options and ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive. You will work closely with the kitchen to deliver hot items to tables, prepare specialty drinks as a Barista, and maintain the dining area's pristine condition. This role requires a positive attitude and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed, whether that means assisting with guest recovery, managing side work, or ensuring the restaurant remains spotless. You will be expected to greet every guest with a smile, use their names whenever possible, and demonstrate a deep knowledge of our hotel's amenities and events.
We look for candidates who bring a positive attitude and a genuine willingness to learn. If you have experience in hospitality, service, or a consumer-facing franchise, that is a plus, but your ability to follow instructions, meet deadlines, and provide friendly service is paramount. We offer a flexible schedule that accommodates days, nights, holidays, and weekends based on the hotel's demands. Successful candidates must be punctual, reliable, and able to communicate effectively in English. Please note that this position requires the ability to stand for sustained periods, walk long distances, perform repetitive motions, and lift items such as laundry supplies and linens.
