Position Summary
This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional guest experiences by serving food courses and alcoholic beverages with professionalism and care. The position serves as a vital link between the dining room and the kitchen, ensuring seamless communication regarding menu selections, wait times, special dietary needs, and order accuracy. Team members are expected to anticipate guest needs, maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation, and process transactions accurately using the MICROS system.
Beyond service duties, this role requires strict adherence to company safety and security policies. Associates must maintain a clean and professional appearance, protect proprietary information, and foster a supportive team environment. The position involves physical activity throughout the shift, including standing, walking, and lifting, as well as the ability to read and verify information in various formats.
