We are looking for a part-time Project & Service Administrative Assistant to join our Boise, Idaho Center. This role is critical in ensuring installation and service activities are tracked, coordinated, and completed efficiently. You will provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Project Management and Service Management teams, acting as a bridge between internal teams and customers.
In this position, you will help keep projects and service operations running smoothly by managing job activations, tracking status updates, and coordinating with purchasing, warehouse, and CAD departments. You will also support service managers by reviewing call reports, working closely with dispatch and field technicians, and facilitating weekly meetings.
