This part-time position serves as the high-touch face of the private clubhouse, ensuring a seamless experience for residents and visitors. You will be responsible for the daily setup of equipment, maintaining facility cleanliness, and ensuring the overall functionality of the club. The role requires a self-motivated individual with exceptional customer service skills who can effectively manage resident support, coordinate access for service providers, and liaise with valet, porters, engineering, and management teams.
In this role, you will provide personalized assistance with reservations, transportation, and entertainment while monitoring visitor access to ensure secure entry protocols. You will also handle sensitive information with discretion and support emergency response procedures to prioritize resident safety. Success in this position requires the ability to constantly move and arrange equipment while maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor.
