We are seeking a Property Administrator to play a critical role in ensuring our Houston, TX portfolio runs smoothly and that tenants receive prompt, professional responses. As the first point of contact at our Houston office, you will be the face of our operations, managing daily administrative functions, coordinating tenant service requests, and supporting the broader property management team.
In this position, you will bridge the gap between office administration and property operations. Your day will involve organizing files, managing vendor communications, tracking construction and maintenance projects, and ensuring accurate accounting processes. You will utilize our internal platforms to handle everything from emergency maintenance routing to utility tracking and lease documentation, ensuring a seamless experience for our tenants and partners.
