About the Role
As a Server at Brookdale, you will play a vital role in our dining services by interacting with senior residents and guests. Your day will involve taking and delivering food orders in a timely manner while ensuring everyone is happy with their meal. You will collaborate closely with kitchen staff, assist with bussing and resetting tables, remove dirty dishes, dispose of trash, and restock inventory as needed. This role offers the unique opportunity to explore exciting advancement paths into positions such as Cooks, Supervisors of Dining Services, and Receptionists, ensuring you can grow your career without late nights.

Hourly associates also have access to early access to earned wages (outside of CA).
