About the Role
As a Dining Cast Member, you are the heart of our guest experience. Your day is dedicated to creating exceptional dining moments by greeting guests with a warm smile, anticipating their needs, and ensuring every interaction is positive and friendly. You will work in a fast-paced environment where speed, accuracy, and efficiency are key to delivering orders to guests in a timely manner.
Your role involves more than just serving food; it requires a keen eye for quality and presentation. You will check receipts, assemble orders, and ensure that food presentation meets our high standards. From replenishing serving lines and maintaining clean dining areas to assisting guests with directions and event information, you play a vital part in the seamless operation of our dining rooms and lounges. Whether you are pre-busing tables, polishing silverware, or managing the flow of the dining area, your dedication ensures that every guest leaves with a lasting memory of their stay.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleDeliver food orders to guest tables or staging areas in a timely manner
- check_circleCheck receipts and assemble food orders for guests
- check_circleAnticipate guest needs and provide directions or event information
- check_circleTransport dirty dishes and silverware to the dish room
- check_circleMake coffee and fill fruit juice dispensers
- check_circleClean floors and other designated areas within the dining room
- check_circleReplenish food, linens, silverware, and glassware on serving lines
- check_circleWelcome and interact with guests in a positive and friendly manner
- check_circleBus tables, dispose of trash, and maintain cleanliness of restaurant areas

Requirements

Nice to Have
Previous restaurant experience; understanding of full service environment. Previous fine dining/table service experience. Knowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language. Previous experience in a hospitality or tourism related role on the Hawaiian Islands. Full availability for any shift, seven (7) days per week, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
