About the Role
You will be a vital part of the Aulani dining experience, dedicated to bringing the story of Aulani to life through exceptional guest service. Working alongside servers, you will ensure every interaction is warm, friendly, and immersive, whether you are in a themed restaurant, a lounge, or providing poolside service.
Your day will involve greeting guests, delivering food and drink orders with speed and accuracy, and anticipating needs before they arise. You will maintain high standards for food presentation and sanitation, ensuring that every dish served is fresh and up to quality. From pre-bussing tables to managing side work like polishing silverware and stocking areas, you will play a key role in keeping the dining environment clean, organized, and welcoming.
This is a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key. You will work outdoors and indoors, often in inclement weather, and must be ready to adapt to various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays. Your ability to work well under pressure and resolve guest situations with a positive attitude will define your success in this role.

Requirements
- verifiedMust meet state requirements to obtain Hawaii Liquor Commission card
- verifiedMust be at least 18 years of age
- verifiedStrong verbal communication skills
- verifiedWilling to work outdoors even in inclement weather
- verifiedMust be flexible and able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, holidays and special events
- verifiedFull availability is required seven (7) days per week
- verifiedPrevious restaurant experience preferred
- verifiedKnowledge of Hawaiian/Japanese language preferred
Nice to Have
Previous restaurant experience with an understanding of a full service environment. Previous fine dining or table service experience. Knowledge of Hawaiian or Japanese language.
