Server Assistant

About the Role

As a Server Assistant at Cipriani, you play a vital role in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests. You will support the service team by clearing and setting tables to our exacting standards, while actively anticipating guest needs before they are even voiced. This position is essential to maintaining the high level of hospitality and efficiency that defines our brand.

Day in the Life

Your day will be dynamic and fast-paced, requiring you to move with purpose throughout the dining room and pantry. You will be responsible for setting and clearing tables, serving water, coffee, tea, and fresh bread with butter, and maintaining a well-stocked side station. Success in this role requires a friendly, courteous demeanor, including maintaining proper posture and making eye contact with guests. You must remain alert and calm, even during periods of heavy business volume, and be prepared to respond quickly to any emergency situations.

Work Environment & Expectations

Cipriani operates in a cyclical industry, meaning schedules may vary to reflect business needs. Regular attendance is essential, and all employees are required to attend scheduled training sessions and meetings.
