Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePark and retrieve guest vehicles in a prompt and safe manner
- check_circleDeliver messages, items, and guest amenities as requested by clients
- check_circleOpen vehicle and hotel doors for guests and shuttle them to approved locations
- check_circleAssist guests with luggage delivery, pickup, and storage during arrival and departure
- check_circleProvide guests with directions, taxi assistance, and information about local amenities
- check_circleExplain parking rates, collect revenue, and manage vehicle claim checks and key tags
- check_circleMaintain a professional demeanor by greeting guests and using proper salutations
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verifiedValid driver's license for the state of work
- verifiedOne month related experience or equivalent education/experience
- verifiedAbility to read and write standard English
- verifiedAbility to perform basic arithmetic with American money
- verifiedAbility to understand 24-hour and military time systems
- verifiedAbility to operate manual transmission (highly desirable)
- verifiedAbility to perform parallel parking
