The Lead Lot Attendant is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing exceptional service in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner throughout a guest's entire stay. This role goes beyond standard parking duties; it involves accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression.
In this position, you will maintain a professional demeanor, greet guests immediately by name, and serve as a knowledgeable resource for local directions and attractions. You will act as a key point of contact for the location, coordinating operations and handling critical issues when the Account Manager is not on site. From managing revenue reports to ensuring the safety and security of guest vehicles, your work directly contributes to the seamless experience of our clients.
Towne Park is committed to offering competitive and fair compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour. The work schedule requires open availability between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM.
