About the Role

The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while providing exceptional, attentive, and friendly service to all guests during their entire stay. This role is vital to ensuring that every interaction leaves a positive impression, from the moment a guest is greeted to the safe return of their vehicle.

In this position, you will manage the daily operations of the parking facility, acting as a point of contact for guests and a trusted representative of the brand. You will coordinate with the Account Manager to troubleshoot issues, handle critical situations, and ensure the site runs smoothly. The role requires a professional demeanor, the ability to maintain composure under pressure, and a commitment to safety and security standards.

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay is $17 per hour.
