About the Role

The Lead Lot Attendant serves as the face of our hospitality, responsible for accurately collecting and reconciling revenue while providing exceptional service to all guests during their entire stay. This role is designed for individuals who thrive in an attentive, friendly, and efficient environment. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests immediately, assisting with directions and inquiries, and ensuring a seamless experience from arrival to departure.

In this position, you will also act as a key operational partner. When the Account Manager is not on site, you will coordinate, administer, and troubleshoot daily operations, making critical judgment calls to handle issues that require immediate attention. Your day involves maintaining a clean and safe work environment, managing vehicle stacking and retrieval with care, and upholding strict security and confidentiality standards for guest information.

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on a candidate's skills, experience, education, and location. The hourly base pay for this position is $17 per hour. Please note that seasonal and temporary roles are not eligible for the benefits outlined in the full job posting.
