About the Role

The Guest Service Associate is the face of our hospitality, responsible for providing attentive, friendly, and efficient service to guests. This role is central to the guest experience, focusing on parking and retrieving vehicles safely and promptly, as well as assisting with luggage delivery and pickup during arrivals and departures. You will be the first point of contact, greeting guests within five feet with a professional demeanor, using their names, and offering directions, reservations, and local information. From managing parking rates and claim checks to operating vehicles and handling cash, you will ensure a smooth and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors.

Towne Park is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation based on skills, experience, education, and location. For this position, the hourly base pay range is $9–$10 per hour, plus $5–$10 per hour in tips. The work schedule may include AM/PM shifts.
