About the Role
HCA Healthcare seeks a Sepsis-Stroke Nurse Coordinator to lead evidence-based sepsis and stroke care across our Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will coordinate clinical pathways, monitor quality metrics, and drive performance improvement to enhance patient outcomes. You will educate and mentor nursing teams, facilitate case reviews, and ensure adherence to regulatory and accreditation standards.
