About the Role

The SEO/GEO Executive Lead serves as the senior practitioner on the team, equally at home conducting technical audits, leading client strategy sessions, and reviewing roadmaps with engineering. In this role, you will lead a team of SEO specialists, own relationships with senior client stakeholders, and personally drive the quality and direction of the work. The ideal candidate has executed at scale, understands what excellence looks like, and can bring others along without losing sight of execution.

You will not just delegate; you will lead the work. This involves owning the end-to-end SEO strategy across large, complex web environments, from technical foundations through content and measurement. You will personally conduct and QA audits, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans, stepping into execution mode to resolve crawlability issues, structure migration plans, or troubleshoot indexation at the page level when the work demands it. Your day will involve partnering directly with engineering teams to find solutions together, translating business priorities into clear, sequenced SEO roadmaps, and communicating confidently with senior stakeholders by framing SEO decisions in terms of business impact and risk.
