About the Role

The SEO/GEO Executive Lead serves as the senior practitioner on the team, equally at home conducting a technical audit, leading a client strategy session, or reviewing a roadmap with engineering. In this role, you will lead a team of SEO specialists, own the relationship with senior client stakeholders, and personally drive the quality and direction of the work. The ideal candidate has executed at scale, knows what excellence looks like, and can bring others along without losing sight of execution.

You will own the end-to-end SEO strategy across large, complex web environments, from technical foundations through content and measurement. While you will lead the strategy, you will also step into execution mode when necessary—resolving crawlability issues, structuring migration plans, or troubleshooting indexation at the page level. Your goal is to hold yourself and your team to deadlines while creating the conditions for others to succeed.

Beyond execution, you will translate business priorities, platform changes, and emerging channel dynamics into clear, sequenced SEO roadmaps. You will provide practical, prioritized guidance to content, development, UX, and analytics stakeholders, communicating confidently with senior clients by framing SEO decisions in terms of business impact and risk. You will also build for scale by designing workflows that reduce manual work using enterprise platforms and automation, ensuring the team's output is consistent and repeatable.
