About the Role

The SEO/GEO Executive Lead serves as the senior practitioner on the team, equally at home conducting technical audits, leading client strategy sessions, and reviewing roadmaps with engineering. This role is designed for someone who has executed at scale, knows what excellence looks like, and can bring others along without losing sight of hands-on execution.

You will lead a team of SEO specialists and own the relationship with senior client stakeholders. Your mission is to drive the quality and direction of the work by personally conducting and QA-ing audits, prioritization frameworks, and execution plans. While you will lead the strategy, you are expected to step into execution mode when necessary—whether resolving crawlability issues, structuring migration plans, or troubleshooting indexation at the page level. The ideal candidate balances high-level strategic oversight with the ability to create conditions where the team can move with confidence and accountability.
