Key Responsibilities
check_circleLead business valuation and litigation support engagements for businesses, securities, and intangible assets
check_circleApply advanced valuation methodologies including discounted cash flow and complex financial modeling
check_circleOversee analyses related to mergers and acquisitions, purchase price allocations, and economic damages
Review and finalize detailed written valuation and expert reports for legal proceedings
check_circleServe as primary client contact managing relationships, expectations, and deliverables throughout engagements
check_circleDirect and perform income analysis and financial tracing assignments in litigation contexts
check_circleParticipate in and lead client meetings, depositions, and due diligence discussions
check_circleConduct and oversee company, industry, and economic research to support valuation conclusions
check_circleManage multiple concurrent engagements including budgeting, staffing, timelines, and quality control
check_circleSupervise, mentor, and develop junior team members providing guidance and performance feedback
check_circleSupport business development through client outreach, proposal development, and networking activities
Requirements
verified5+ years of experience in business valuation, litigation support, or related field
verifiedBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
verifiedProficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint with advanced modeling capabilities
verifiedProfessional certifications such as CFF, CFE, CVA, ASA, ABV, CFA, or CPA strongly preferred
Nice to Have
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Experience in forensic accounting, economic damages, fraud analysis, or financial investigations.
