The Chief of Staff at Banfield Pet Hospital serves as a vital bridge between clinical excellence and operational leadership. This unique position is designed for a veterinarian who thrives on both healing animals and empowering teams. The primary purpose is to manage the hospital while ensuring the highest quality of veterinary care, exceptional client service, and maximum productivity for the medical team.
You will advocate for pets and their quality of life, building long-term bonds with clients and fostering the human-pet connection. By partnering with the Practice Manager, you will operate an effective medical team, ensuring a safe and engaging hospital environment while driving improvements in both medical quality and business performance.

You will live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc., championing the Banfield brand to deliver consistent, high-quality care to the most pets and clients possible.
