The role balances approximately 20-30% leadership duties with 70-80% hands-on veterinary practice. You will live and exemplify the Five Principles of Mars, Inc., serving as a role model for the Banfield brand. Your day-to-day involves leading the team through daily schedules, resolving client concerns, and performing complex medical procedures, all while mentoring Associate Veterinarians to realize their full professional potential.
