About the Role

As a Traffic Analyst, you will join an organization dedicated to ensuring the seamless movement of goods and services. This role is critical to maintaining operational continuity and financial accuracy within our contract deliverables. You will be responsible for preparing and distributing DD Form 250s, ensuring every detail is accurate and high-quality.

Your day will involve navigating complex contract language, managing carrier aged payables, and maintaining location matrix files. You will actively participate in key performance indicator (KPI) discussions and attend quarterly business reviews, both virtual and in-person. A key part of your mission is to identify root causes of issues, implement corrective actions, and lead initiatives to reduce costs. You will also handle calls and meetings outside of normal business hours when necessary to guarantee no disruptions to pickup or delivery operations.
