The Senior Technician serves as a vital support pillar for Analysts, managing data production tasks with moderate oversight. This position operates both independently and collaboratively within a team to deliver intermediate data products in ArcMap and CADD environments. The role is designed to bridge technical execution with quality assurance, ensuring that client requests are met with precision and efficiency.
Senior Technicians coordinate closely with Team Leaders and senior technical leads to fulfill project requirements. Beyond individual contributions to manual processing tasks, the role involves providing technical support, conducting quality control, and offering training to technicians and contractors. The ideal candidate will demonstrate high attention to detail while maintaining productivity in repetitive tasks, serving as a role model for best practices within the processing realm.
