The Infrastructure Delivery Division – Bridge Office is seeking a Senior Engineer to join a larger 17-person team working alongside engineers, project managers, inspectors, skilled tradesmen, and business administrators. In this role, you will manage the design and construction aspects of bridge preventative maintenance, rehabilitations, replacements, and emergency repair projects. You will serve as a technical and subject matter expert, providing training and mentoring to staff while leveraging best practices to enhance Denver's Bridge system.
The City and County of Denver supports a hybrid workplace model. Employees work where needed, at a job site several days a week and off-site as needed. This position requires work onsite at the Denver Wastewater Building (2000 W. 3rd Ave., Denver, CO 80223) on in-office days. Employees must work within the state of Colorado on their off-site days.
