About the Role
This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, focusing on building accurate candidate profiles and developing comprehensive hiring plans. The role is dedicated to sourcing and recruiting professional-level candidates for funded and proposal requisitions, specifically targeting the corporate, federal civilian, health, and defense market segments.
You will be responsible for executing advanced staffing strategies that prioritize the identification of passive talent. This involves managing multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all priorities and goals are met while maintaining high-quality pipelines for technical roles. The role requires a deep understanding of cleared and technical talent markets to successfully run targeted search campaigns and assist in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will be expected to lead training initiatives and disseminate best practices to the recruiting team. The position involves actively tracking recruiting activities and metrics to ensure compliance with relevant hiring regulations and laws, including OFCCP.
