About the Role
This position serves as a strategic partner to recruiters, hiring managers, and leadership, focusing on the complex landscape of federal civilian, health, and defense market segments. The role exists to build and execute advanced staffing strategies that secure high-quality technical and executive talent for both funded and proposal requisitions. You will be responsible for navigating the cleared and technical talent markets, ensuring the organization maintains robust pipelines of passive and active candidates to meet critical staffing requirements.
Day in the Life
Your work will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will partner with senior management to define hiring needs and develop comprehensive sourcing plans. A significant portion of your time will be dedicated to crafting targeted strategies for passive candidates using unique methods such as open-source intelligence, x-ray searching, Boolean logic, and social media sourcing. Beyond individual contributor duties, you will lead training initiatives to disseminate best practices across the recruiting team and assist in the evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures.
Hiring Process
Candidates selected for this role will undergo a professional evaluation process designed to assess both technical sourcing expertise and strategic fit. The process includes reviewing past performance on complex recruitment projects and demonstrating knowledge of government contracting landscapes. Finalists will be evaluated on their ability to manage multiple sourcing projects from conception to completion while maintaining compliance with relevant hiring regulations, including OFCCP.
