About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, and recruiting teams. This role drives strategic workforce planning and delivers high-impact technical talent across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. As a trusted advisor, you will manage complex recruitment initiatives end-to-end, specializing in passive candidate engagement within cleared and technical talent markets.
You will operate as a strategic partner, executing advanced sourcing campaigns for both funded and proposal requisitions. The position involves building scalable talent pipelines, mentoring recruiting teams, and optimizing sourcing tools to continuously improve hiring strategies. This role is designed for a professional who thrives in a remote environment and is dedicated to evolving organizational goals through innovative recruitment methodologies.

Requirements
