This role drives strategic workforce planning and delivers high-impact technical talent across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. As a trusted advisor, you will manage complex recruitment initiatives end-to-end, specializing in passive candidate engagement within cleared and technical talent markets.
You will operate as a strategic partner, developing advanced staffing and sourcing strategies for both funded and proposal requisitions. The position involves building and managing scalable talent pipelines, mentoring recruiting teams, and optimizing sourcing tools to ensure regulatory compliance, including OFCCP standards.
