About the Role
Maximus is seeking a Lead Technical Recruiting Specialist to partner closely with executive leadership, hiring managers, and recruiting teams. This role drives strategic workforce planning and delivers high-impact technical talent across federal civilian, health, and defense markets. As a trusted advisor, you will manage complex recruitment initiatives end-to-end, specializing in passive candidate engagement within cleared and technical talent markets.
You will lead advanced sourcing and recruiting efforts for both funded and proposal requisitions, building scalable talent pipelines and executing targeted search campaigns. This position serves as a mentor to the recruiting team, responsible for optimizing sourcing tools, methodologies, and ensuring regulatory compliance, including OFCCP standards. The role operates remotely and requires balancing supervisory responsibilities for sourcing projects with hands-on strategic planning.
