Maximus is seeking a Principal Technical Recruiting Specialist to serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership and hiring managers. In this capacity, you will drive workforce planning and deliver high-impact technical talent across our federal civilian, health, and defense markets. This position operates as a trusted advisor, managing complex recruitment initiatives from conception to completion while continuously refining hiring strategies to meet evolving organizational goals.
As a key talent advisor, you will provide consultative leadership as a labor market analyst, candidate career coach, and process change agent. You will lead large, complex recruiting initiatives involving cross-functional teams, influencing senior leadership through strategic briefings and data-driven insights. The role requires a deep understanding of cleared and technical talent markets to execute targeted search campaigns for both funded and proposal requisitions, ensuring a robust pipeline of passive and active candidates.
Team Context
This role is pivotal in shaping the future of our technical workforce. You will mentor and train recruiting teams, disseminating best practices as the resident talent acquisition expert. By managing a team of sourcing recruiters, you will oversee special projects ranging from aging funded requisitions to high-priority roles and sole-source efforts, ensuring all priorities and goals are achieved with precision and compliance.
