GeoLogics is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join a cross-functional team dedicated to designing, building, and integrating critical Ground Systems sites for our customers. This role is pivotal in supporting Restricted Ground Systems operations, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strategic oversight to ensure mission success.
As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will operate within a high-stakes environment where you are responsible for the full lifecycle of system elements, from requirements analysis and functional design to integration, verification, and validation. You will work under limited direction to independently determine approaches for complex solutions, defining processes for technical platforms and ensuring designs meet stringent governmental security specifications.
Your day-to-day involves conducting detailed technical analyses, performing trade studies, and supporting system accreditation and certification evaluations. You will collaborate frequently with Deputy Program Managers, internal engineering groups, and external customers to resolve complex problems and drive business objectives. The role demands a proactive approach to identifying opportunities for innovation, including the application of AI for continuous improvement, while managing the complexity of scope definition in an agile environment.
