Logos Space is a Low Earth Orbit (LEO) satellite system purpose-built to serve the connectivity needs of commercial enterprise and government users. We fill a critical gap in the market by providing resilient, high-performance satellite-based connectivity services to customers worldwide. Our mission is to extend cloud and data center network connectivity to fixed, seaborne, and airborne terminals anywhere on the globe.
Our team is led by highly experienced engineers with proven track records in the networking and satellite industries, including tenure at companies such as Google, SpaceX, and Amazon. We are a fast-moving environment where engineers thrive on turning vague design ideas into tangible hardware and software solutions.
As an RF Test Engineer, you will be the cradle-to-grave owner of the testbeds and test equipment that ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of cutting-edge space hardware. You will design, build, test, and manage prototype, production, and hardware-in-the-loop systems for state-of-the-art satellite RF payloads. The systems you will work with include complex RF and baseband hardware such as advanced phased arrays, mechanically steered antennas, RF electronics, and modems.
You will partner closely with hardware design engineers, software engineers, and external contract manufacturers to define, implement, and maintain robust production test methodologies. Your work will directly contribute to building the factory that manufactures and tests a 3,000+ satellite megaconstellation, delivering best-in-class resilient and secure communications for our global customers.
We are seeking engineers who love to solve hard problems and are comfortable working at a fast pace alongside high performers. In this role, you will take ownership of the entire test lifecycle, from selecting and deploying equipment to analyzing yield data and driving continuous improvement.
Candidates selected for this role will move through a structured interview process designed to assess technical depth and cultural fit. While specific steps may vary, the process typically includes:
