About the Role
This position is for a Senior Systems Engineer who will work onsite at our Cedar Rapids facility within the Mission Systems Secure Systems Department. You will join a team dedicated to shaping, defining, and designing communication solutions that connect militaries around the world. In this role, you will design and develop military products ensuring safe and protected communication, interfacing with multi-discipline engineering teams to create total system solutions that address both domestic and international customer needs.

Nice to Have
Familiarity with the Scaled Agile framework. Exceptionally strong communication skills with experience presenting technical data to program management and executive leadership. Experience with Cryptographic Hardware architecture/design, Network Encryption specifications and test methodologies. Experience with tools such as DOORS, CAMEO or similar, and software languages such as Rust and Python. Experience with Model Based Systems Engineering.
