About the Role
Join our team as a Senior Systems Engineer supporting a priority national defense effort in a dynamic environment. In this role, you will ensure the effective integration of missile defense elements to protect a key strategic location. You will provide senior-level systems engineering support, guiding technical efforts across multiple domains and ensuring alignment with MDA objectives. This position is based in Huntsville, AL.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circlePerform integrated analysis and evaluation of Defense of Guam test events
- check_circleLead technical interchange meetings and coordinate action tracking
- check_circleDevelop executive-level briefings and technical papers for senior leaders
- check_circleCoordinate GENser and SAP-level meetings and VTCs as needed
- check_circleRepresent the Government customer in IPTs, working groups, and forums
- check_circleApply engineering tools such as DOORS, Windchill, and Qlik for analysis
- check_circleSupport system security efforts including compliance tracking and cybersecurity integration
- check_circleProvide input on secure system design, risk identification, and mitigation strategies
- check_circleSupport engineering milestones including PDR, CDR, and TRR reviews
Requirements
- verified12+ years of relevant systems engineering or technical experience for missile defense related programs
- verifiedBachelor's degree in STEM and Master's degree in STEM
- verifiedActive Secret clearance
- verifiedProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedExperience with MDA system elements (e.g., Patriot, THAAD, Aegis, C2BMC)
