We are adding a Senior Supply Chain Analyst to our Pennsauken, NJ team. This role is designed for a strategic thinker and hands-on operator who can optimize our end-to-end supply chain and help us scale smarter. You will work alongside engineers and operators who take pride in doing difficult things well, ensuring that supply chain has a strategic voice in our collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleLead strategic sourcing initiatives to reduce total cost of ownership
- check_circleNegotiate high-value contracts and manage supplier relationships
- check_circleAnalyze demand forecasts to build inventory strategies
- check_circleOversee production scheduling for Machine Shop and Assembly
- check_circleMaintain data integrity and champion process efficiency in Epicor ERP
- check_circleLead root-cause analysis on supply disruptions and quality issues
- check_circleOptimize working capital by analyzing inventory levels
- check_circleEvaluate and release planned orders while verifying BOMs
- check_circleIdentify and qualify new suppliers to ensure supply base resilience
- check_circleConduct sophisticated cost analyses and should-cost models
- check_circlePartner with Operations to align procurement with the S&OP process
- check_circleGenerate dashboards from ERP/MRP data on spend and supplier performance
Requirements
- verified5+ years of progressive experience in procurement, planning, strategic sourcing, or supply chain analysis in a manufacturing environment
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field
- verifiedExpert-level ERP/MRP skills
- verifiedAdvanced Excel skills: PivotTables, Power Query, VLOOKUP, financial modeling
- verifiedStrong financial acumen: budgeting, cost accounting, and P&L awareness
- verifiedCPSM, APICS CPIM, or CSCP certification preferred
Nice to Have
Epicor ERP experience. GP, SAP, or Oracle ERP experience. CPSM, APICS CPIM, or CSCP certification.
