We are seeking a motivated Software Section Leader to join the Software Team within the Battle Management Systems Software Department. As a Section Leader, you will serve as a bridge between technical execution and program success, providing oversight of software personnel to ensure program needs are met. This role is designed for a well-disciplined individual with a proven technical background who thrives in a dynamic, agile environment and excels in team settings.
In this position, you will be responsible for supporting a major program while fostering a culture of growth. Your day-to-day involves ensuring each employee has suitable work assignments and opportunities for advancement, contributing to the technical oversight of daily work, and managing performance development and appraisal. You will also play a key role in salary and staffing planning, ensuring adherence to company policies, and effectively communicating company and program information to your team. This position is 100% onsite in Ft. Wayne, IN.
