About the Role

As an Information Technology Supervisor 3, you will lead a multidisciplinary IT operations team responsible for DevOps deployments, Tier 1 support, ServiceNow administration, and cybersecurity operations. This role exists to drive a culture of operational excellence, proactive risk management, and strong customer service across all supported functions.

In this position, you will oversee day-to-day DevOps activities, including application deployment, environment management, and monitoring of production systems. You will ensure timely, high-quality Tier 1 help desk support by managing ticket queues and service levels. Additionally, you will administer and optimize the ServiceNow platform, coordinate cybersecurity operational tasks, and develop operational policies that enhance reliability and security. You will also manage staffing, workload prioritization, and professional development for your team members while collaborating with development, infrastructure, and security staff to ensure smooth deployments and incident response.

Working Conditions

This role involves operating computer terminals for long periods of time. Overtime may be required, and travel may be necessary, potentially including overnight stays. The position may require being on-call 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.
