We are seeking a hands-on Information Technology Manager to manage, maintain, and improve our existing technology infrastructure. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Supplier Diversity and Compliance, you will be the primary point of contact for our internal technology needs.
This position is ideal for a proactive professional who can support established systems while strengthening internal processes. You will troubleshoot issues, manage documentation, and help the company continue to grow its technology use to support core business operations. The role involves coordinating with vendors for specialized support and identifying automation opportunities to improve productivity.
The successful candidate will be responsive, organized, and comfortable working in a growing professional services environment. You should be able to manage competing priorities, communicate clearly, and explain technical issues in practical business terms to non-technical managers and staff.
