About the Role
Tribute is seeking a Senior Superintendent / Lead Superintendent to lead field execution for a 183-unit, four-story multifamily project in downtown Asheville, NC. This is a high-impact role on a technically demanding job featuring constrained-site logistics, upcoming ground improvements, elevators, terraced foundations, large-span common and commercial areas with significant steel and metal, and a steel bridge connecting portions of the building.
Site work is underway now, with vertical construction expected to begin in approximately five months and a remaining duration of roughly 24 months. This urban site has surplus acreage, which can accommodate additional apartment, office, or hotel builds in the future, presenting an opportunity for a successful superintendent to spearhead a pipeline of work that will span many years.
