Our Commercial Services Group provides building systems consulting through a variety of offerings, including building envelope diagnostics with an emphasis on moisture intrusion, masonry, and paint problems. We specialize in specifying repairs and providing quality assurance services during remodel projects. About the Role

We are looking for a driven, self-starting professional to lead and perform technical assessments of commercial buildings while managing client needs from proposal through final deliverables and invoicing. This full-time role offers significant opportunities for professional development, expanding responsibility, and career growth. You will serve as a key technical resource, coordinating with peers, external consulting engineering firms, and commercial building owners to determine root causes of building issues.

This position provides a clear pathway to increased leadership within the business unit. Over time, you will have the opportunity to take on a larger operational role and contribute to the strategic growth and business development efforts of the department. Whether based remotely or in our Pittsburgh, PA corporate office or Dobson, NC field office, you will work in a casual, friendly environment where you can learn from and become one of the best in the industry.
