Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAssist in the design and development of civil/site plans including grading, drainage, utilities, and erosion control
- check_circlePrepare construction documents, reports, and technical specifications
- check_circlePerform site layout, stormwater management, and utility design calculations
- check_circleSupport the preparation of permit applications and regulatory submissions
- check_circleCoordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines
- check_circleConduct site visits and assist with construction observation as needed
- check_circleReview and interpret survey data, zoning requirements, and environmental constraints
- check_circleEnsure designs comply with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- verified2–4 years of experience in civil/site design
- verifiedProficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D
- verifiedFamiliarity with stormwater design and hydrology/hydraulics software (e.g., HydroCAD, HEC-RAS)
- verifiedEngineer-in-Training (EIT) certification or on track to obtain
