The Digital Workplace Team at American Express is entering a new phase of technology transformation. This initiative is driven by opportunities to improve the colleague experience, raise productivity and collaboration, and drive operational efficiency across all service and infrastructure operations.
This role serves as the key lead of the Architecture Center of Excellence within the Digital Workplace team. The team brings together product leads and infrastructure engineers from across the organization to define strategic product and technology roadmaps, architecture guidelines, and integrated technology decisions. You will architect strategies for digital workplace technologies, including mobile platforms, endpoints (Windows and macOS), digital experience management, site reliability engineering, and automation tools.
