GovCIO is seeking a System Administrator - Access Services to support critical national infrastructure, including Active Directory, multi-factor authentication, and remote access solutions. This fully remote position is dedicated to maintaining the security, integrity, and availability of the organization's digital environment. You will serve as a key point of contact for user authentication and access control, ensuring seamless operations for both internal and external customers.
In this role, you will troubleshoot complex access issues ranging from Group Policies and DNS to DUO Two-Factor Authentication and PIV-I technology. Your day-to-day involves responding to user queries, resolving access challenges in collaboration with IT teams, and escalating issues to Tier 2 when necessary. You will also be responsible for documenting resolutions, updating knowledge articles, and verifying customer satisfaction to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
This position is located within the United States and operates as a fully remote role. Candidates must be available to work flexible hours between 7:00 AM and 6:00 PM CT and participate in an on-call rotation. Limited travel (0-4 times per year) may be required.
Candidates must be able to obtain and maintain an AOUSC Public Trust clearance. This role is designated as a Suitability/Public Trust position.

MCSA/MCSE Certification. Experience or knowledge of supporting Quest Active Roles Server (ARS) and other Quest Products. Working knowledge of PKI, digital certifications, and security tokens.
