About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Staff Accountant in San Antonio to support high-level functions within the Accounting and Finance Department. This position is designed for seasoned professionals with a strong background in GAAP who are ready to handle complex general ledger work, financial reporting, and budgeting. In this role, you will not only manage critical financial tasks but also provide essential guidance and technical support to other team members, helping to elevate the team's overall performance.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment where they can investigate discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and assist with audits and special financial projects. This is a full-time, onsite opportunity with a standard Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., though management may approve flexibility such as 8–5 or 9–6 hours.
