About the Role
As a Senior Specialist, Marketing, you will help create engagement, enablement, and retention strategies for our key B2B audiences. You will partner with various cross-functional teams to support the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive outcomes aligned with key initiatives. Your day-to-day will involve campaign execution, program management, and reporting, including brief development, segment definition, copywriting, workflow development, and analytics. You will report into the Manager, Marketing.
Work Location
This position is based in our New York City office. The role requires a hybrid work schedule with three days of in-office work per week. Thursdays are a required in-office day for team meetings and events, while your other two office days are flexible to suit your schedule.

1+ years experience with measurement and analytics and overseeing campaign tests/set up. 1+ years experience working with CRM tools like Salesforce for B2B email automation. Familiarity with the health insurance landscape, broker commissions, or the agent/agency relationships. Native/Bi-lingual Spanish-speaker with the ability to write copy in Spanish fluently. 4 year degree in marketing, business, economics or finance.
