Raytheon is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to support our teams in Richardson, TX. In this onsite role, you will design, develop, integrate, test, and support mission-critical software solutions of moderate to high complexity. You will have the opportunity to contribute directly to system design and implement advanced analytics capabilities, specifically focusing on improving the Matching Team's rapid data materialization and de-duplication performance.
This position requires technical independence and strong problem-solving skills. You will collaborate across engineering disciplines, provide guidance to junior engineers, and support customer demonstrations with clear technical communication. The role involves developing Python services, building and optimizing triplestore/knowledge graph solutions, and ensuring secure development practices through CI/CD and containerization.
This position requires an active and transferable Top Secret (TS/SCI) U.S. government-issued security clearance on day one. U.S. citizenship is mandatory, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for this level of clearance. The DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process.
